Global Aviation is very proud to announce the order of a brand new A320 FNPT II flight simulator. The A320 simulator manufactured by Simnest, will be delivered to our facilities in Greece in September and will be operational from October 2018. This order will bring Global Aviation’s total number of flight simulators to three. The Athens-based training organization already possesses the largest fleet in Greece with 14 wholly-owned training aircraft and flight simulators and plans to add 2 more aircraft in 2019.
The A320 device will be used for IR, MCC, JOC and airline preparation and assessment, with experienced A320 type-rated instructors. The A320 simulator will be the most advanced approved flight simulator in Greece, capable to assist student pilots familiarize themselves with an airliner jet like the A320 and prepare them for an airline assessment.
Global Aviation’s Managing Director, Mr. Alexandros Tsaktanis commented that: “The A320 simulator will greatly improve our quality of IR and MCC training, whilst enabling us to prepare our ATPL students for their type-rating and subsequent careers as First Officers”.
