Global Aviation - Rebranding Strategy

Global Aviation SA, with a presence in the field of pilot training since 1997, continues to evolve and adapt to the conditions of the modern times while maintaining its core values.

In this context and with a 23-year journey, we felt it necessary to renew our visual identity by redesigning our logo and corporate applications in collaboration with the award-winning design company, “We Design”.  

We Design consists of a graphic designer (Theano Petridou), an architect (Philippos Fotiadis) and a product designer (Sergios Fotiadis), a team that offers the most appropriate design solution and balances ideas and functionality.

By deconstructing the existing logo, we have retained what we deemed necessary as the basis of Global Aviation SA with our public image so far.

Based on this principle, we started the redesigning process by improving the typography and the balance between the letters while retaining the existing color palette, which is based on a retro version of the well-known Piper airplanes that we use for our flight training.

The rendering of the logo icon, which corresponds to the letter O of the word GLOBAL, was done in a more abstract way (airplane & movement) representing the upward career trajectory of our graduates as well as the development of our students through training.
